The colors of this painting were deliberately chosen to reflect praise and celebration.  The megaphone shape flowing from the figure hidden on the left-hand side is being used to represent a boisterous yell that He foretold the future.  It minds me that what He says will come to be! Within this shape also resides a crowds of figures and is a slightly lighter shade than the other parts of the painting again to emphasis it.  I what people to know that He answers our prayers, knows the future, and is worth celebrating in a big way.
