What stands out in this work?  Yes, the cross.  The shining gold symbol of the glorious salvation found through the generous gift of God – His Son.  The words written make up the shape of the cross without lines and the gold spray paint over the top serves as a way to make the cross stand out over the gold and reds which are random in their placement.  Again the words Lord and God make up the grid for the colors.  I was overtaken by the intimacy of a relationship with the One who came and gave His life for me which drove the creation of this work.
