Psalm 11 (August 2007)

I focused on God as the One who is just, righteous, in control and the judge of all in Psalm 11.  This idea was carried out by drawing a gavel in oil pastel and outlining it in the words listed above.  Using a gradation of blue to brown, I tried to imitate the oil pastel rock under the paint layer to show God as our rock or refuge.
