Psalm 10 (August 2007)

Peering out from under the grid of yellows, purples and blues in Psalm 10, is an oil pastel drawing of an eye to emphasis God as all-seeing.  Other images drawn in oil pastel include an ear for listening and hearing and a hand for encourager.  In the early stages of the series, I used a number of pastel colors in the under painting drawings which turned out to be less successful than single pastel colors and simpler images.
