I tried to represent this parable much like the fig tree in the story.  It shows little in the way of growth – few leaves and no fruit and yet it is allowed to stand.  Christ is so  overwhelmingly patient with us.  He waits for us to repent, however, He won’t wait forever and at some point if we
do not choose to follow Him, it will be too late.  So what is holding you back from falling in love with the One who created you to grow and flourish for His glory?
