The more I get to know who Jesus is the more I see that He is like no one else I know.  He sees what we need and is merciful to us even though He knows who we
are: our attitudes, selfish desires, our sin.  He healed the blind and restored sight.  Often he restores my gaze
on Him in a loving gentle fashion as He knows it is so easy for me to stray.  I chose to use the imagery of piercing eyes to remind me that He sees it all – every aspect of my life.
