Ann occupied a space at Gateway Mall just inside the Food Court entrance between the pizza joint and Footlocker called Gateway to the Arts. Ann's presence there for five months in 2022 was a collaboration between Gateway Mall, Lincoln Arts Council, and Ann. Acting acted as an artist in residence contracted to build a paper garden installation over the course of her time there. The project was entitled Garden of Possibilities. From the space, she held periodic flower making sessions to help the growth of the garden and on any given Friday and Saturday the public could stop in and watch her work and make along-side her to add to the installation. The space, filled with plenty of natural light, helped enhance the artwork Ann shared and sold in the space. Every month, Gateway to the Arts hosted a First Friday event complete with a weekend guest artist. Each event was complete with an artist talk. Many followed the process of Garden of Possibilities taking time to stop in and participate, say hello, admire the art, and on occasion purchase something special and original.
