The colors of this painting depict wedding-type colors.  As Jesus spoke in parables, He told of a wedding banquet that we must all be ready for – the Kingdom of Heaven.  In this parable some completely rejected the invitation while others accepted.  Then we find that those who had accepted the invitation but did not follow the command to wear their best were still cast outside the city gate.  I ponder this many times over thinking of myself and others.  Will I be ready for His return and clothed in my best?  Will you be ready for His return?  Will you be ready for Him to come for His bride? 
Will you accept His free invitation to the best banquet EVER and have placed your trust in the One who gives you all you need?
