Scripture:  Luke 6:12-16

Jesus selects the twelve that will serve with Him and will be His closest friends and eventually carry on the gospel and begin the church.  As He does this we find Christ praying and seeking the Father’s wisdom for this selection.  What an example to those of us who find ourselves in leadership as we seek who will one day take our place.
