You see the incredible thing about the story of the Gospel is that Jesus didn’t just die to redeem the world, He also conquered death which was the penalty for sin.  He rose from the dead just as He foretold and through this power over the grave He gives those who come to Him and accept His gift of grace life eternal.  Rejoice:  He IS ALIVE!
