Revealer (February 2012)
Scripture:  Mark 4:21-25

Christ says that He will reveal that which is hidden, so in this painting I tried to create an effect of the light coming out of the darkness.  When a lamp is lit in the darkest of darks it shines to that not even the lampstand can be see but only the flame and the glow around it.  I want to be like that – to be a lampstand which is there to shine the Light of Christ but that I would disappear in the glow of His glory and that He
would be made known.  For Him not for me or my fame or recognition.
