Scripture:  John 15:1-17

Jesus talks of the vine and branches in this passage.  Those branches that do not stay connected to the vine do not receive the nourishment needed to survive or produce fruit.  Those in Christ must spend time with Him and get to know Him if they hope to live for the things that matter - the eternal things.
