When Mary is pregnant with Jesus she visits her cousin who is carrying John the Baptist and in the moment of meeting the baby, John, jumps for joy inside her womb.  Having had three children of my own I bet it was quite the experience to
have the baby you are carrying leap about inside with immense joy.  I imagine there was an incredible warmth that spread through Elizabeth at that moment.  Something amazing was about to happen!  The central circular image represents the baby inside and the bursting shape is the joy
experienced.
